Seeking help for detox services I found myself at Bear River Health. Scared, still using, and very concerned for my health. I felt safe after arriving in detox. They have a full time nursing staff to monitor for safety and do everything necessary to provide comfort during this difficult stage. The Dr. is regularly on site and has a bedside manner unlike I've ever seen. Treatment itself is thorough and covers everything from emotions to relapse prevention. The campus like facilities provide an environment that promotes outdoor activities as well as indoor. The staff is very informative and attentive and the food is much like home.
