Meridian Behavioral Health (MBH) operates eight residential and seven outpatient throughout Minnesota.

Lake Shore, one of MBH's facilities, provides residential treatment for men with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders** The center is based in Mahtomedi, Minn., and provides medical services.

TREATMENT & ASSESSMENT

MBH provides an overall holistic approach to treatment for substance abuse and dual diagnosis disorders. MBH uses evidence-based therapies which may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT); dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI).

Treatment is personalized. Clients may participate in 12-step meetings, relapse prevention therapy, and educational workshops centered on coping skills.

STAFF CREDENTIALS

Lake Shore employs program directors, recovery specialists, licensed practical nurses, and licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Medical services are available 24/7.
