Oxford Treatment Center
I came into treatment with many reservations, but these were quickly assuaged by the staff at Oxford. The rigorous structure and varied activities focused on recovery provide a vast array of approaches to cope and combat addiction. The music therapy taught by Hannah is fantastic and highly recommended. Equine activities are fantastic as well, incorporating aspects of addiction and recovery into horse handling and riding is a unique approach here at OTC. Therapists like Kate and Hank that have long term sobriety and a deep understanding of 12 step recovery are a great resource as well. Overall the recovery process was actually quite enjoyable, contrary to my expectations and the only real complaint would be the food menu not changing that much. Overall I highly recommend OTC as a treatment option and with stories/opinions heard about other facilities this place really does stand out.
Mississippi Drug and Alcohol Treatment Center
A wonderful relaxing treatment center where adults are treated as adults. A compassionate and trained staff with a serene facility. It is has only 12 beds which makes for more one on one time. Sometimes clients that aren’t serious about recovery are not shown the door fast enough but that is in an attempt to help them find the way.
Oxford Outpatient Treatment Center
This is one of best treatment centers to get sober and stay that way. Dani, my therapist in Oxford Mississippi is amazing as well as Shelby and all the other staff members. I couldn’t be anywhere better. I want to give a shout out to Barry, thank you
