I’m most pleased w/ the facility. The only complaint I would recommend adjusting would be the food. Besides that this program is VERY educational. They are solution based. I don’t like all the drug talk, because we all know how to be “bad”, we are looking for a new life, that’s why I chose OTC . They allow you outdoors with horses, a lot of us would never have experienced that, w/o OTC; Plus no one wants to be locked up inside a facility. S/O to Barry & Hank for there services , I got the most from them coming down to our level for a brief moment and then providing educational talks about next steps for everyone. S/O to Heather at the front desk b/c when I was younger I battled another demon, she was my driver that picked me up, a couple of years ago. When I walked in she said,” Tell your mother & grandmother I say hello!” She remember after all those years. Makes me feel at home that some staff were still here. I hope the staff is payed appropriately for all their hard work. It’s been a pleasure to be here & thankful for the program! S/O to Kim from case management, you alway came over the lake to check on us, you always wanted to be involved if someone was trying to leave, when asked why you wanted to jump in, you responded “ to try &to save a life.” You truly are blessing to this campus, Keep being kind and follow your dreams b/c you’ll go far with a heart like yours, S/O to Leslie(nurse), Jennifer(DON), Davin (nurse), Tiffany ( CM), Ralph( TA), Vicki(TA), all the staff are pleasant and I cannot for the life of me remember all the names, just note they all treat you with pure gentle kindness, as if you were a regular family member.
They help the patients and are seriously invented in their rehabilation. Can't think of any. They provide a wonderful service for the community.
It was an amazing experience, I learned so much about myself, thanks to that program I have over a year and a half of sobriety thank you so much.
