We support, guide, lead and care for them but do not enable them or others. Treating substance use and concurrent mental health disorders is complex as each individual presents a unique combination of mental health disorders, substances used and readiness for help. Therefore, treatment plans must be personalized to the needs of the individual member. To achieve the best outcomes, we utilize a broad range of available and effective evidence-based psychotherapeutic, pharmacological, naturopathic, and adjunctive approaches so that personalized treatment is effective at meeting the member where they are at. We treat our staff and members with respect and honor their contributions. We invest in the continuing growth, development and nurturing of our staff and they must exemplify our Purpose, Principles, and Philosophies inside and outside of our community. We believe in doing well by doing good. Our stakeholders deserve an adequate return on capital so that we can reinvest capital in helping more people recover.
