Trinity Wellness Group, located in Braintree, Massachusetts, provides structured day treatment for adults (18+) with substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring challenges. Clients can attend a full-day program or a flexible half-day schedule, so they can get professional support while still managing work, family, or daily responsibilities. The center specializes in dual diagnosis treatment, and licensed clinicians build each client a personalized care plan. Treatment includes CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, and EMDR, delivered through individual and group sessions. Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is also available. Clients return home each evening and stay connected to their support systems. Aftercare planning and alumni support help them keep up their recovery after the program ends.
