Never Alone blends evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-focused care and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with engaging activities that make healing feel more natural. Teens take part in recreational therapy, art and music therapies, meditation, fitness and nutrition programs.
