The cleanliness of the facility, professionalism demonstrated to clients and family members, and rules/policies implemented, can be considered strengths of the program. The treatment area for addiction issues was described as being very crowded, intake evaluations were conducted in the presence of other clients, which did not show a lot of respect for confidentiality. The facility is a good first step for initial detox, and is equipped to provide adequate treatment. As far as long-term treatment needs, and concern for comorbid disorders however, the facility is not an ideal choice.
