Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment Centers in North Bay, New York

BriteLife Recovery at Lexington, in New York's Catskill Mountains, treats substance use and co-occurring anxiety and depression. Its model centers on healing through connection with oneself, others, one's body, nature, and meaning. Treatment includes individual therapy, gender-specific small groups, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and holistic options like yoga, breathwork, acupuncture, and Reiki. Clinicians are certified in nature-informed therapy (NIT), and a partnership with Adventure Recovery adds clinician-supported outdoor outings followed by process groups. The campus has forest trails, a pond, a music studio, and chef-prepared meals. Aftercare planning starts on day one.
