The wort, the worst, absolute most terrible experience at this facility. Just because a person came in contact with a COVID victim they isolated that person desperately looking for help and confined him in a room with no assistance. , no therapy nothing while detoxing. They did not even allow an iPad for him to at least read or whatch a movie. This person alone, confined and solitary as if he is in jail in a HOSPITAL facility and after testing NEGATIVE FOR Vovid 3 times still was treated as an rare specimen and pushed and pushed to get him out of treatment and back to the streets. Horrible, no compassion whatsoever terrible services. The worst of all was Matt Sanchez this guys was really the most horrible of all! He has no sense of caring for an addict. This people are the worst experience ever DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE. NEVER.

not good if your serious about recovery. not enough control by staff. rushed me along.

There was a bed available...too many negatives to list...Too upsetting to continue.
