Their 30+ day PHP includes housing, evidence-based therapies, group therapy, and family therapy, with bi-weekly in-person meetings to involve loved ones in the healing process. This is the best recovery center I've seen. I've been to several unfortunatly, but am confident enough in myself now from what I've learned from my relationships with the staff at Insight that I don't have to relapse again.
