Nova Behavioral Health, Inc.
I have been in several treatment programs in the past. But the Nova House was by far the best. We were kept busy everyday so as not to have a lot of down time. We were asked not to glorify our using times when just sitting around. Most of the staff are also in recovery. I feel they really understand all aspects of the disease of addiction. The staff keeps things real. We also have individual time with our counselor at least once a week. Or really whenever needed. They really just show a real concern for you. They also have family education groups. And offer family sessions if the client chooses to have one. I suffer from seizures myself and never felt safer any where as I did there. It's a truly safe environment all the way around.

They focus on more than just recovery. They also help you with job training, how to properly act at a job interview, provide clothing for interviews and teach u how to approach your criminal record at a interview. They also help put you on the path to having your own apartment. They help you achieve your ged also. They allow your children to live with you if they are under the age of 12 but if it's cold out , snowing or raining they don't help with transportation you have to walk and a lot of women have newborn babies also They have to take in the cold. I feel during cold weather they could give kids rides to school/daycare. I love the facility bc they help with more than getting clean which we need bc recovery isn't just about getting clean it's about living life better in EVERY WAY

I received a scholarship from Arrow Passage in 2016. Donte and his staff graciously accepted me in their facility when other treatment centers would not. I came to Arrow with a broken spirit and severe health concerns. In a few short months at the center I regained my health and received a new lease on life! The entire staff worked tirelessly to meet the needs of me and the other clients. Me and my family are forever grateful to Arrow Passage for the love and hospitality!
