In the addiction setting, group therapy is run by trained professionals who guide participants toward a shared goal of recovery.
  • Individual Therapy

Rehabs 360 Guide

A program of 12 & 12, the largest Comprehensive Community Addiction Recovery Center (CCARC) throughout the state of Oklahoma, Inner Solutions provides medically monitored detoxification services and a residential treatment program for adult men and women aged 18 and older who struggling with substance use (SUD) and co-occurring mental health disorders. It is one of only 8 Oklahmoa residential facilities to provide detox services.

All clients begin treatment with a comprehensive admissions process to help staff determine the most appropriate level of care. Individuals experiencing withdrawal symptoms may require detoxification prior to the 25-30-day residential phase of treatment. According to the facility, clients often come referred via family members, physicians, treatment professionals, and other relevant parties.

A typical day in the residential program at Inner Solutions is quite structured and scheduled. It begins with a 6:00 a.m. wakeup and ends with a 10 p.m. lights out. Treatment is based on a multidisciplinary approach that combines medical care, counseling, and case management with more holistic activities and therapies such as yoga and meditation. Counseling itself is conducted across individual, group, and family settings.

As the facility believes strongly in the benefits of music, like self-expression, stress reduction, and increased self-awareness, clients are given daily time to learn to play guitar and practice their instruments with one another.

Medical care at Inner Solutions is provided by a physician who is board-certified in addiction medicine and psychiatry as well as a registered nurse. Counselors and case managers run the groups and meetings.

Beyond their time in groups and meetings, residents are allotted to spend daily time in a gym that is fully equipped with cardio machines and free weights, and take part in other forms of recreation and music therapy and lessons.

The organization receives funding from the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
