The biggest strength offered is a staff full of passion and hope, which makes a loving transition for women who have struggled loving themselves throughout their addiction. Another strength is most of the staff being in recovery truly have a deep understanding of this disease from a personal level. This is always a challenging question, I would say the only weakness was not having a psychiatrist, but that is in the process of changing as we have one coming on board soon.
