Horrible food, bad staff. They try and force group on you constantly. lied to me about meds said Suboxone was the only thing they would give. Ended up hearing from several people that they did other meds. They left me sick as a dog because I can take Suboxone. Staff were horrible. I heard it used to be a good place but not anymore.

So I just left there 3/12 20/20 I had like three days left they said we could not have visitors due to the Coronavirus and if one person had a temperature or showed symptoms that there would be a possibility that the whole place may get quarantined but that they would continue to take patients so sick people can come in but your visitors can't or drop off any belongings for you got the impression that it was all about the money I suggest you wait to go there until after the coronavirus problem is solved other than that the staff was very nice and respectful and food was good you kind of get what you put into it there for effort

Not any of the staff return call after messages have been left numerous times. Just care about keeping patients for money purposes. Dropped off garments and patient didn't receive for over two days. So hard to put monies on account, called all day and at 3:30 finally answered to take cc#. I am surely gonna make a better business report and to governor.

It's not the same as it used to be and it's changing for the worse! The new director and managers there are running it into the ground. They are letting go and firing the good employees, the ones who actually care about the patients and hold the patients accountable, while they are terribly understaffed. The main focus is not for the 12 steps or to help the patients stay clean and sober, but to get them on maintenance drugs and to keep them coming back so Gateway can get more money. The ones affected the most are the men, because that's the biggest population, but low staff and a manager who would rather not have them go to outside AA/NA meetings almost daily, like the other populations do, because that's what needs to be practiced to maintain recovery. If you or a loved one needs rehab, go somewhere else where you will actually get help.

Do not go here, the councilors are never available. The staff is the worst, they do not care about you. The only thing they are concerned with is socializing with each other. The patients are counciling each other. The nurse is very rude and doesn't care if you get your medications, said she has other things to'll just have to wait til after lunch, and I've gone two days without blood pressure medicine. I came here voluntarily, gonna go somewhere else that cares and are willing to help. If you want and need help, please go to a real rehab and not this dump.
