My continuing recovery and improving health is all due to their highly-trained staff of counselors, as well as the Physicians who oversee the patients\' care. If you\'re serious about starting a new way of life...this is the place for you.
Deep caring for the patients/clients and open to innovative methods. Yet a lack of structure, not hiring quality staff with experience, and not having an ability to delegate.
The staff care for the patients and clients, but the structure of the program is weak and poor delegation.
