Sandstone Care Detox Center is a medical detox and inpatient treatment in Fairfax County that helps individuals 18+ overcome substance use, addiction, and co-occurring mental health conditions. No more than 24 clients are admitted at a time (3-to-1 client-to-staff ratio), with most patients staying between 5 to 21 days. Patients at the Chantilly, VA, treatment center will experience expert care, empathy and support, semi-private rooms, 24/7 medically supervised care, a cell phone and computer-friendly environment, and holistic treatment that covers patients’ physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The Fairfax detox center is located off of US-50 on Enterprise Court, providing convenient access to Arlington, VA, and Washington DC.

Sandstone Care Reston is an outpatient rehab facility focused on teenagers, young adults, and their families overcome addiction and related mental health challenges or disorders. Sandstone Care believes in offering patients a specialized, individualized approach to treatment, meeting patients where they are at and offering a continuum of care from intake through early recovery.

Located in Montgomery County, our outpatient center in Rockville, Maryland, is committed to providing a holistic approach to treatment, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the individual needs of each patient. Our experienced and compassionate staff is dedicated to supporting and guiding patients on their journey to recovery. Our program offers a range of therapeutic modalities, including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and holistic treatments such as yoga, mindfulness, and art therapy. We also provide comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments, medication management, and ongoing support to ensure each teen's unique needs are addressed effectively.

Capacity & Room Accommodations Room Options: 8 bed, double-occupancy rooms standard, with limited single-occupancy rooms (based on availability). Therapeutic Spaces: Private therapy rooms designed for individual and group sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential setting. Common Areas: Spacious interior lounges, in home movie theatre and recreational areas. Clinical Support Team: 24/7 access to compassionate clinical staff to ensure safety and peace of mind.
