Nutrition, meals and snacks were good. Security protocols were poor. This is a place where court ordered addicts are sent to get help. Most of those sent there were only serving time, waiting to be released, so unfortunately most of the staff treated everyone as such. The group therapies were great, incorporating family members after a predetermined set of time, but security was so disappointing. Horrible, and should be investigated.

It was a large size and could accommodate a lot of people. However, there was too little structure and there needed to be more one-on-one focus.

Counselors that are recovering addicts were a plus. Food, lack of beverages, lack of one one counseling, lack of na and AA meetings. It helped me but they were understaffed to accommodate my needs.

They do a wonderful job involving family in the whole process.
