I worked with the facility to implement their new phone system and really enjoyed working with everyone there. They have a very professional and caring staff. They have beautiful facilities and the property is gorgeous - I would have mistaken this for a weekend retreat location. I am so grateful for WWR. I have been to many treatment centers in the last 10 years and I was a client at WWR two times the second when I was 3 months pregnant. Going to treatment is always scary but the staff and owner showed me soooo much compassion, love, comfort and every act of kindness you could imagine. I recommend this place to all who are seeking help. Not only is the facility nurturing and peaceful but the people there still hold such a huge place in my heart! I could go on and on. There is a woman who works in the front that has played such a huge part in my life and has loved on me so much. I honestly don�t know who or where I would be if it wasn�t and the others. I am eternally grateful and if my husband was allowed to live there with me I honestly would of never left!! Thank you windmill I am alive!!!The facility is amazing!!!! Very healing, peaceful and spiritual. Beautiful redone and everything is extremely nice and the beds were like heaven:) I think the men and women should be more separate.

Best clinic I've ever attended. As someone in long-term recovery, I've attended several Outpatient treatment clinics in New jersey AND Texas. I was immediately apart of the Symetria Family. I wasn't referred to by a number. I was always referred to by name, welcomed with open arms, given respect, and most importantly, they believed in me. I was always honest with them and they knew it. The staff really made me feel like I was important to them. I have been recommending Symetria Recovery to anyone and everyone that will listen. They believed in me so much, they even sponsored me to attend Peer Recovery Coach Training classes and supported me 100% of the way, start to finish. Something that makes Symetria stand out from the rest was the individual treatment they provided based solely on my situation and who I was as a person. They were accommodating on every level, they took me seriously every day and always rewarded me with support and love, as well as mutual honesty and respect. I COULD HAVE made it without them but I CHOSE to utilize their services and it was the best decision I've ever made, and because of them, I was able to succeed far beyond any personal goals I've set for myself. They pushed me to the best of my ability, things I did not know I was capable of, and I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for the Symetria way. 10/10 Highly recommend.
