I was put here by a drug court program, I have celiac disease and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my nutritional requirements were met. They really made sure that I was eating what I was supposed to, and eating well. I was not supposed to be there, of course no one would believe that. It's very true though. I was treated very respectfully, which was a relief considering the fact that I was screwed by the system. The nurse went over my rights. She also had a homeless man there who had no clothes of his own and brought him her husband's clothes. Everyone there is so caring. I had a great experience, and I would think that I would say the opposite considering the fact that I SHOULD NOT have been in that position. It was not their fault, it was the county i was in who decided. But they treated me with nothing but respect and genuine compassion. I see reviews about not having enough family time. I saw how Boxwood (not sure I spelled it right but know it was one of the two facilities that I would be sent to) operated and they were able to have visitors. But had it explained to me why they thought it would be a negative thing. I saw the pros and cons of both. But really feel this facility was looking out for me and my well being. I have no negative things to say despite the bitterness of being sent there in the first place. If it's the same as when I went there, then be happy.
Meals were great, Staff was wonderful. I only attended IOP and it was not as beneficial to me as AA meetings were. I went in one day and my insurance would not allow me to stay, I came back the next day and they allowed me to stay for 24 hours. The staff was very nice, the food was wonderful, the facilities were for the most part nice, I think for an overall experience it is a great place to start this journey.
great "Leaders". pretty basic ammenities. This was an Intensive Outpatient Program, so I did not have meals or sleep there or anything
