Unfortunately I reached out to Royal life center and had a horrific experience. Staff member from the call center has represented nothing but deception from our first conversation when I was unwillingly discharged from the program. Integrity and honesty is far from their beliefs at Royal life centers. I believe this rehabilitation center needs to audited ASAP.

This place clearly has got to be a joke. We have 2 sober living home, so they call them in our neighborhood and all the van does is bump their music and speed down the road flips unturns and does it again and again all throughout the night. Rarely do they have anybody but the driver in the van and the Male home has a garage full of paint and electronics. They creep the kids out driving by all day long and making random stops in the middle of the road to check their phone. The neighbors have called and complained and they get told sorry I'll bring up the issue but nothing changes. How the hell is that a business?

First I want to say ithe detox center I attended in AZ was a gift and saved my live. Not sure if the two are associated and really can't see how they could be. I do believe all the staff did have the very best intentions, but just failed me. If went to this place about 5 years ago and hope it's not run the same way. If you can go to 3 or 4 AA or NA meetings save your money because that's pretty much the treatment you'll receive. As far as a counselling goes it's a group of people sitting in a circle listening to each other talk about what they're going through. I was put into a house with the person in charge only being sober 6-months with no formal training. There was no heat for several days in winter time and ended up in the hospital with pneumonia for a week then went home. There wasn't much time to make a meal less eat so much of the time it was something you could eat in the van going to a AA meeting. I truly hope it has improved since I think the staff truly wanted to help.

They treat their employees like crap. The clients pretty much get to do whatever they want not sure how this place is even still running. The clients get a weeks worth of med all at 1 time, how is this good for an addict??? I'm pretty sure if the state knew how management was treating staff and running the business they would SHUT them down. Management covers up their mistakes to make others look bad instead of taking the blame.
Official Facility Response:
BH, We’re so sorry to hear that your experience with us was anything less than amazing. Our approach is for the goal of helping our guests re-build happy, healthy and meaningful lives in sobriety. We provide structure and rules, but do not see policing guests as conducive to the ultimate goal of sustainable independence and self-sufficiency. Guests do have access to their medication(s) while they are in our outpatient programs, which is a standard amongst addiction treatment programs at that level of care. In higher levels of care, like detox, residential and PHP, guests follow standardized practices for medication management— meaning that guests are given medications when scheduled, and take the medication in the presence of our staff members. At Royal Life Centers, we always strive for providing the highest quality of care for addiction, which is why your words mean so much to us. Please call us at 877-732-6837 to speak with our management to address any concerns you may have, we would love to hear from you and make any improvements we can to help us help you more effectively.

Stay away from Royal Life Centers! Conditions are unsafe. Accommodation are dirty. Staff on hand will not respond to concerns. Other patients control the environment and make woman extremely uncomfortable and concerned for their safety. I was double charged for the original payment and had to make CC Company reverse charges. Let after a few days due to conditions and have been trying to get my 45% refund as stated in contract for over 2 months. This facility needs to be turned into every agency in the state of Washington to make them step up and provide proper care or be closed down Please contact me if you need any further explanation about this place
